HOW IT WORKS:
If you find the need to return or exchange your order, we’re here to assist you. We provide a 30-day window for free returns or exchanges from the date of purchase. You have the option to return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This information will help you prepare for a smooth return process.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@originalpackwoods.com If your return request is approved, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Please note that Backwoods Cart reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the eligibility requirements upon arrival at our warehouse.

Damaged Items and Wrong Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants); we also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item. We want to ensure you are fully informed about our return policy.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.
